The very rewarding culture at Alaska Heart & Vascular Institute also includes many opportunities for bonuses within the organization! For fully COVID vaccinated employees, a bonus of $250 is awarded once the population target and deadline have been met. If these goals are met then an additional lottery system is planned to give away 10-$2,000 awards throughout the company.
Referral bonuses are also given to team members that refer someone that is hired, upon their 6-month anniversary.
