Design & Planning – The Design & Planning stage provides the opportunity to eliminate and minimise risks for construction, manufacturing, fabrication, installation, end use, operation, management, maintenance and the demolition phases.
Establishment – All operations must document an EH&S management plan to develop and implement for the life cycle of any operation.
Delivery – 20 risk events have been identified for day-to-day activities. Preventative controls are put in place during the delivery phase, reducing potential for fatal risk outcomes.
