When Revolut was founded in 2015, we had a vision to build a sustainable, digital alternative to traditional big banks. Our mission now is to help our customers improve their financial health, empower them to have more control, and promote financial cohesion across the communities in which we operate.

In 2019, Revolut was named Deloitte’s fastest growing UK FinTech company. With over 9 million Personal account users, and a quarter of a million Business users, the pace and scale of customer uptake demonstrates the vast need across the globe for better financial services. As our customer base has boomed in the last year, we’ve expanded our team to match that growth. We started 2019 with several hundred employees; we’re closing it out with almost 2000.

Health and Wellbeing

We think it’s important that all our Revoluters feel supported in body and mind, so we’ve put together a package that addresses those needs.
We offer comprehensive health insurance with optical and dental cover for all our staff, with reduced rates for additional dependants. For Revoluters looking to start a family, we support all parents with enhanced maternity and paternity leave and pay. As part of your health insurance in London, we have partnered with PureGym to offer our staff a 50% discount on all PureGym memberships. Alongside a healthy body, we want to encourage a healthy mind. Through their subscriptions to the Calm app, our Revoluters have access to meditation and sleep guides that promote better sleep, lower stress, and less anxiety.


Diversity and Inclusion

Our dedicated Culture and Diversity & Inclusion teams are here to support all of our Revoluters at work and beyond. In 2019, the London office launched their first on-site Reflection Room for reflection, meditation, or religious observance. We’re hoping to expand this to our other offices as we grow! Finally, we’re in the process of launching guilds at Revolut, with the aim of providing support, inspiration, and engagement company-wide.

Tech

We provide our team with all the latest Apple products, as well as plenty of additional tech accessories. We’ve created an internal online IT store where Revoluters are able to order tech and accessories for same day in-office delivery - meaning you’ll always have access to whatever you may need for work.

Feed your work

We want to make sure that our people have brain fuel, so we provide all day breakfast in our offices, including cereals, fruit, and avocados. Throughout the day, we offer a variety of drinks and snacks from our communal kitchen. If you’re working late, order dinner to the office with Deliveroo.

In and out of the office

Revolut is committed to the health and wellbeing of all our people, and so we offer a Cycle-to-Work scheme as part of our RevPerks package. RevPerks was built to gather all the great deals that being a Revoluter can get you, including discounts on smart tech, gyms, restaurants, groceries, electronics, travel, and more.
Commuting can feel like a time and energy drain, so we give you the option of working from home once a week to give you the opportunity to skip that distraction. And, if you finish past midnight in the office, get an Uber home - it’s on us.
