It's the People.
Our road to victory begins, as it always has, with our people. Our 10,000 global employees are some of the best and brightest across entertainment, media, and technology. At Activision Blizzard, we pride ourselves on not only attracting the best talent, but also on getting the best out of that talent once they are here. We believe in growing talent across the organization and at all levels through a variety of development opportunities, including job development, mentor relationships, and formal training. We are big believers that the most meaningful professional growth often happens through stretch assignments and special projects, but we also offer some great employee development experiences. Additionally, we view ourselves as a community of people who love to have fun together, and our employees are fueled by our passion for our products, our industry, and future opportunities for the company and its people.
Don’t Forget the Perks!
We provide a comprehensive suite of employee benefits that promote physical, emotional, and financial well-being. We strive to deliver innovative solutions that are tailor-made for individual preferences, so that each employee can select the program that delivers the highest value for themselves and their families. We encourage our employees to be accountable for their health and offer a variety of incentives and engaging programs that promote wellness. For example, our popular Healthy Incentive Program provides employees and their covered dependents an opportunity to earn cash by participating in healthy activities like walking, eating right, and tracking their sleep via the device of their choosing and a custom mobile app that displays their Healthy Incentive earnings. From doctors on-demand, healthy meal and weight consulting, and mobile apps that support brain health and a better night’s sleep, we’ve got our employees covered!
Early Careers
Activision Blizzard is committed to growing the next generation of industry leaders. Our Early Careers programs offer incredible student opportunities across the organization.

Activision interns receive an unparalleled experience, replicating what it’s like to work full-time at Activision or one of our independent Game Development studios. We provide our interns with the tools and resources they need to learn while having a real impact on our teams. We have internship opportunities for undergraduate, masters and Ph.D. level students across the organization including Analytics, Animation, Art, Design, Engineering, UX, and much more!

Blizzard's Summer Blizztern Program gives students the opportunity to work directly with development teams and business operations departments to gain hands-on experience. For 12 paid weeks every summer, interns embed themselves with our teams to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the intensity and fun of creating epic entertainment.

Our US internship application season runs from September to December every year. Due to the high volume, we only accept applications during this open submission period.

At King we work with all kinds of students, with opportunities at every level from undergrad to MBA. All opportunities are designed to challenge, inspire and develop you, no matter when in your studies you join us.

You could get involved in anything from the technical side of game creation to market analysis, to financial modeling. Whatever your passion is, you can spend anywhere from 8 weeks to 6 months getting under the skin of it, exploring our industry and learning from some of the best people. You can even do a Master Thesis or Vocational Internship with us.
It Takes Heroes to Make Heroes
When it comes to giving back, we take pride in keeping close to who we are. In 2009, we founded the Call of Duty™ Endowment (CODE) to help returning veterans transition to the civilian workforce. CODE is Activision Blizzard’s flagship philanthropic effort, and through it we apply our business principles to this important social problem, driving greater impact than any other non-profit in the veterans space.

To date, Activision Blizzard has donated more than $36 million to the Endowment and funds 100% of the Endowment’s operating costs. Since its inception, The Call of Duty Endowment has placed over 72,000 veterans in meaningful employment opportunities against a goal of 100,000 placements by 2024. Additionally, we’ve proactively taken the initiative to boost veteran recruiting efforts, both internally and externally, by creating our own Veterans Guide to Activision Blizzard.

Our commitment to the veteran community extends beyond CODE; we’re also aligned with supporting veterans through our employee volunteer efforts. Each year, we host our annual Veterans Day of Service during the week of Veterans Day, where hundreds of our employees volunteer to help restore and renovate veterans shelters, create care packages, and write letters to deployed active duty service members and their families.
