Benefit & Rewards
We believe in taking care of our people, so at Checkers & Rally’s, we offer our employees the opportunity to enroll in medical, dental and vision plans, as well as participation in a 401k plan. We also provide coverage for life insurance and both short and long-term disability. A separate medical plan is also available for hourly Team Members who may desire a less comprehensive and less expensive plan. There's something for everybody!

In addition to the traditional benefits, we also offer ed2Go, a free program to allow employees to earn their High School Diploma in certain markets.

Instant Pay is a benefit that's available to all of our corporate field employees that allows our employees to receive up to half of their previous' days compensation the next day.

Last but not least, we also offer CARE, our employee relief fund designed to assist eligible employees who experience unforeseen hardship due to natural disasters, personal tragedies or other events beyond their control.
