About Forward Service Corporation
Forward Service Corporation is a non-profit employment and training organization. We help lower-income adults and youth get into careers through educational, training, and supportive services. Our people are our services, so we strive to hire, train, and retain the best staff. This provides an outstanding customer experience that leads to good jobs. We currently provide services in 46 Wisconsin counties through 10 programs.
FSC provides a variety of generous benefit options to meet the needs of our employees and their families. We offer full-time employees comprehensive plans for Health Insurance, Dental Insurance and Vision Insurance, with generous employer contributions. We also provide and pay for Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability. Plus, we have an outstanding Paid Time Off plan, starting with 4 weeks of time off in your first year and 11 paid holidays per year.

Founded in 1979, we have more than 40 years of experience in helping low-income Wisconsin adults and youth begin their careers. We currently offer programs in 47 Wisconsin counties to provide training, education, career guidance, and supportive services.
