HOLIDAYS & TIME OFF
One of our values is to Love Life and we encourage our team members to take advantage of all the various paid time off we offer. General Managers and Assistant General Managers receive 10 paid time off (PTO) days per year for their first five years of service and 15 days after 5 years. Shift Managers earn PTO for every hour they work. General Managers and Assistant General managers also receive 5 “Health Days” at the beginning of each year to be used as you wish. After 10 years of consecutive employment at Noodles & Company, General Managers and Assistant General Managers accrue 20 days of PTO and granted an additional 20 consecutive paid days off. We recognize four paid holidays and all Veterans receive Veteran’s day off paid!

For General Managers dedicated to improving their health and fitness outside of work, Noodles & Company offers a Balance Bucks program that provides reimbursement toward related expenses –new hiking shoes, a yoga class or gym membership are a few examples of how Noodles supports our team members’ balanced and healthy lifestyles.

Noodles & Company team members are offered a discount on food items while both on and off-duty.

Noodles is part of the solution in helping our General Managers pay down their student loan debt with a company contribution of $1,000 per year. We also award ten $3,000 scholarships to deserving team members and/or team member’s children every year.
